horrible mattress

poor service

oh where do I start? I expected a superior experience, but instead faced a terrible mattress and brown socks under the bed. the coffee machine didn't work and service was horrible. I also thought perks would include a little something, like free breakfast, but alas, only sad snacks were available. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence, especially visiting the Uffizi Gallery with the kids. The location was perfect for family outings, and the spacious room accommodated our needs well.

My wife says that having more playful activities for kids would be great.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We appreciated the spacious Deluxe Triple Room, which provided a cozy atmosphere for our family. The hot water was consistently excellent, perfect for winding down after sightseeing. It would be ideal to have fresh bread options at breakfast. Remember to bring extra coffee pods if you're a caffeine lover!

helpful staff

la residenza del proconsolo bed & breakfast was a perfect spot just a minute away from the cathedral. our room had stunning high ceilings and charming terracotta flooring. breakfast was delivered in our room with delicious croissants and tea. the staff was super helpful and made our stay even better.

only mild critique is the breakfast options could be more varied.
